Reputation Management has become a complex scenario. With Social Media we not only have to listen to our own reputation but the competitors. Which in itself is something we should do anyway. The trick is to identify who is talking about who, and what type of info they share. It is interesting that we start see Hotels now is brining some of the reviews onto their own Websites. No doubt that proper Reputation Management will give your Hotel a proper competitive edge.
Great training will help Hotels not only implement the great strategies you mention here, but it add some unique value propositions to the Hotel.&#160;
From a independent standpoint with a great passion and love for the Hotel Family would loved read your Reputation Management Guide.

Seriously, I think it&#039;s great that you are explaining the importance of ORM. Like you said, this is a concept that has been around for some years, but its not until recently that the industry is catching up. I believe that businesses that understand soon the importance of ORM and invest on it will have a big and clear &#160;advantage over others that are still not taking ORM seriously.
